Let’s talk makeup

I’ve been on a makeup obsession lately and love trying new products. It definitely took me awhile to find products that not only go good together as a makeup routine, but to also feel good on my skin without it feeling too cakey. Here are the products that I’m loving right now!

 Born this way foundation: I love this foundation! It’s the perfect coverage and buildable. I wear the shade Almond in the fall/winter and the shade Warm Nude in spring/ summer.

 Laura Gellar Highlighter: This is the highlighter that everyone asks me about :) It literally pops on your skin with the perfect glow. Shade in Gilded Honey.

 Tarte Concealer: This concealer is seriously the best I’ve tried. It completely gets rid of my dark circles under my eyes! I use the shade Light Sand.

 Too Faced Bronzer: I’ve tried so many bronzers over the years and it’s been hard for me to find one that compliments my skin since I usually have lighter skin (unless I spray or self-tan), and this bronzer is so good and isn’t too dark for my skin tone. I love it! It’s in the shade Sun Bunny.

 Tarte setting powder: Let’s talk setting powder. Most setting powders have an ingredient called Talc, and this is not good to have in your setting powder. When you are setting your face and the powder is everywhere in the air around you, it’s really not good to breathe Talc in because it contains harmful contaminants and also linked to ovarian cancer. I love the tarte amazon clay setting powder because it has NO Talc and is replaced by an ingredient called Mica. I would definitely try this setting powder! I use the shade Light.

 Lash Paradise Mascara: I’ve been using this mascara for a couple years now. Lash Paradise is the closest mascara to the too faced better than sex mascara! It doesn’t clump up your lashes and really extends your lashes to make them look voluminous and long. I would give this mascara a try, especially if you’re a better than sex mascara fan.

 Too Faced Eyeshadow Palette: This palette is hands down the best natural eye’s bronzy eyeshadow palette. I love using this palette if I want a bronzy glow look on my eyes!

Charlotte Tilburry Blush: I LOVE this blush! It’s definitely a splurge for a blush, but I promise you it’s worth every penny. I have two shades that are called Pillow Talk and Ecstasy, and I love them both.
